Our community amenities rival our natural ones.
At Water Oak, you can walk or ride your bike almost anywhere. The heart of the community will include an easily accessible school within the nationally recognized Georgetown Independent School District. Future plans call for an environmental learning center, located in the heart of the community, where children can have hands-on experiences with nature.
Throughout the community, people will interact with their neighbors as they ride their bikes to nearby shops, walk their dog to get the mail, meet on front porches to discuss their weekend plans or play catch in the neighborhood park. Water Oak will feature, not one, but several resident parks - each with a different theme and rich with amenities, including trailheads, pools, picnic pavilions, a variety of play centers, overlooks and community buildings. In addition, smaller neighborhood parks will be sprinkled throughout the community - a stone's throw away from your front door.
