A shining star school forms the backbone of the community.
Children and their education play a big part in a family's decisions about where their new home will be. Accordingly, Water Oak's plan includes a Georgetown elementary school located in the heart of the development. Careful thought was put into the design of the community, including the sidewalk locations and the Water Oak Parkway Boulevard, to provide for a safe environment for children to walk or ride their bikes to school.
Water Oak is served by the Leander and Georgetown School Districts.
